what happen to kenple flyff?

yesterday i was on there was set and weaps in saint morning and the language was english
today when i logged in the weaps where gone and all the language where in german i think
is it my problem or is everyone affected also?

I just started today but yes, everything is in german and the weapon npcs are gone...
