Error Code: 12002 Result: 2

When I try to patch Kenple to play it stops at 4/5 (or 1/2) with the pop up reading:

The operation has timed out
CODE:12002 RESULT:2

How do I fix this error so I can finish patching and play?

After waiting for a few hours and constantly pressing the "Retry" button on the pop up, eventually the update started coming through again, just VERY VERY slooowwwwlllllyyyy.

However the game is working fine now, no problems at all. So if anyone else experiences this same problem and doesn't know what to do, keep hitting the retry button until it just stops asking, then wait for it to fully load.
